Role OverviewJoin Egan Company as a Project Manager in our Mechanical group. Provide overall cradle to grave project management and leadership for one or more small- to mid-sized construction projects.
What You Will Do
Estimate Plumbing, Piping and Sheet Metal. Manage and handle small- to mid-sized projects competently; assume primary leadership responsibilities for each assigned project.

Must have 3-5 years of construction/project management experience. Travel to jobsites and client sites is required. Demonstrates excellence in customer service and ability to quickly build relationships.
Requirements
- 2-year associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level of technical training and related construction experience)

- Demonstrates a solid understanding of key functional areas, including: business development, preconstruction, means and methods, project planning and scheduling, cost reporting, and budgeting
