Role OverviewThe Project Manager oversees planning, execution, and delivery of mine closure projects, ensuring high technical quality, financial performance, team coordination, and effective communication throughout the project life cycle.
What You Will Do
Lead projects related to tailings, heap leach, and waste rock facility closure, including reclamation landform, cover systems, and storm water management. Provide technical guidance on mine water balance modeling and design characterization studies for waste rock and tailings physical and geochemical properties.

Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., geosciences, mining, civil engineering)
- A minimum of 10 (ten) years of progressive experience in mine closure consulting
- Strong understanding of project and financial management capabilities
- Experience using ArcGIS software and Microsoft software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to identify, manage, and communicate project risks and changes
- Capacity to produce and guide the development of technically sound deliverables
- Ability to develop and foster positive working relationships across teams and with clients
