Job Description
Project Manager - NPD: Lead cross-functional initiatives in beauty and consumer goods, drive end-to-end execution of new product development, and ensure timely and successful delivery.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management, product development, packaging, or supply chain within beauty or CPG
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
