Job Description
Project Manager - Operational Capacity, Ambulatory Operational Excellence role requires direct oversight and responsibility over projects within Ambulatory Operational Excellence - Operational Capacity. Key duties include observing current workflows, data gathering, preparing reports, delivering presentations and statistical summaries to provide recommendations or action plans in line with Health System expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of clinical operations within ambulatory care settings
  • Ability to travel between all Health System practice locations as assigned
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle a heavy workload under constantly changing demands, priorities, and focuses
  • Ability to exercise a high degree of independent judgment
