Job Description
CORYS is looking for a JR Project Manager (PM) to join our Team. A Corys’ Project Manager uses a hands-on approach to oversee the cost, schedule, and technical compliance of the Company portfolio of projects, while proactively and strategically managing the day to day customer relationships and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) Degree (or higher).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing new product development projects.
  • Strong background in managing projects that include complex software and hardware development in an iterative integration environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people and lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers (5-20+ individuals).
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handle pressure effectively, and maintain a high level of commitment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency, including active listening and the ability to articulate complex requirements and technical documentation.
  • Proficient use of the MS Office suite, including MS Project.
  • Legal: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
