Role OverviewThe Project Manager - Scrum Master will lead and manage project teams in the successful execution of projects using agile methodologies. The role requires a strong understanding of project management and change management principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Agile PLM and a proven track record of delivering PLM integrations with ERP (SAP) and other enterprise systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Agile PLM
- Demonstrable functional and technical command of Oracle Agile PLM modules
- Proven administration experience on Agile 9.3.x or above
- Deep, hands-on customization experience with the Agile PLM SDK
- Practical server administration capability across Linux and Windows
- Extensive, current, hands-on Java development experience
- Proven experience delivering PLM integrations with ERP (SAP) and other enterprise systems
- Strong working knowledge of product lifecycle, manufacturing, and engineering processes
- Proven experience across the full delivery lifecycle
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
