Role Overview

The Project Manager - Scrum Master will lead and manage project teams in the successful execution of projects using agile methodologies. The role requires a strong understanding of project management and change management principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Agile PLM and a proven track record of delivering PLM integrations with ERP (SAP) and other enterprise systems.

The Project Manager - Scrum Master will be responsible for leading project teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and implementing change management processes. The role also requires the ability to perform under sustained pressure and manage multiple competing priorities without loss of quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 15 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Agile PLM
  • Demonstrable functional and technical command of Oracle Agile PLM modules
  • Proven administration experience on Agile 9.3.x or above
  • Deep, hands-on customization experience with the Agile PLM SDK
  • Practical server administration capability across Linux and Windows
  • Extensive, current, hands-on Java development experience
  • Proven experience delivering PLM integrations with ERP (SAP) and other enterprise systems
  • Strong working knowledge of product lifecycle, manufacturing, and engineering processes
  • Proven experience across the full delivery lifecycle
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
