Job Description
The Project Manager, Special Projects—Operations serves as a highly visible project leader responsible for coordinating, tracking, and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives for senior leadership across the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public policy, economics, analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategic operations, program management, or a chief-of-style capacity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with disciplined prioritization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentations
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority
  • High emotional intelligence, judgment, professionalism, and discretion
  • Advanced competency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
  • Experience delivering analytical or operational projects in consulting or high-growth environments
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree is preferred
