Job Description
V-Soft Consulting is hiring a Project Manager 3 - Imaging for our premier client in Richmond, Virginia. The role involves managing multiple direct reports and implementing AI/ML technologies for document classification and data extraction.

Requirements

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification: 5 years.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification: 5 years.
  • Certified Information Professional (CIP) or Certified Records Manager (CRM) designation: 5 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred: 5 years.
  • Progress Experience in document management, content management or records management: 10 years.
  • Supervisory or program management experience for a document, content or records management team: 5 years.
  • Hands-on experience with RightFax & Kofax (or comparable fax server/doc capture platforms) including configuration, administration, and workflow design: 7 years.
  • In-depth working knowledge of at least one enterprise ECM/EDMS platform: Laserfiche, IBM FileNet, or Hyland products (OnBase, Perceptive Content): 7 years.
  • Proven track record of implementing AI/ML technologies for document classification, data extraction, & intelligent routing in a production environment: 7 years.
  • Experience designing and documenting business processes, including process maps, swimlane diagrams, functional flow diagrams, and SIPOC charts: 7 years.
  • Familiarity with OCR, ICR, barcode recognition, and forms processing technologies: 7 years.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making: 7 years.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences: 7 years.
  • Experience w/ formal requirements gathering, including conducting stakeholder interviews, creating user stories, & managing requirements traceability: 7 years.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps): 7 years.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities: 7 years.
