Job Description
Project Manager 3 responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting projects within a company. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, resource allocation, and project management deliverables.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of experience in IT project management
  • Experience in data management solutions, data analytics/business intelligence, web-based development, or SOA-related experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in developing clear, concise project documentation
  • Team management skills through team meetings, task assignment, mentoring, facilitation, and training
  • Progress monitoring through effective use of risk management practices
  • Expert problem resolution skills
  • Complete experience with the project management lifecycle (PMLC) and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Tracking full project budget and entering actual costs in project tracking tool
  • Leading project sprints using Agile methodologies
  • ACTIVE PMP CERTIFIED
  • Prior experience in the Healthcare Industry, specifically public health
  • Work experience managing multi-agency or multi-IT department initiatives
  • Work experience within a Health and Human Services agency
  • Emphasis on managing relationship weekly activities of TSS Sprint Teams with the State of Texas
  • Effectively managing resources in a mixed functional and matrixed project environment
  • The ability to develop, document, and execute project management plans, work plans, and quality plans
  • Involved in the full lifecycle from analysis and planning to development and deployment
  • Experience in building and managing IT project teams with emphasis on ability to motivate individuals to excel and exceed expectations
