Job Description
Gresham Smith is seeking a Project Manager/Architect to join their Healthcare Studio, responsible for leading complex design projects and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional human experiences in healthcare settings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Licensed Architect required
  • 10+ years of experience managing large, complex design projects
  • Strong understanding of all project phases, from planning through construction
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Teams, and Deltek VantagePoint
