Role OverviewWe're looking for a Project Manager who is a licensed Architect to join our Denver office and lead project teams through every phase with the kind of steady judgment that comes from experience across markets, keeping projects grounded in both craft and reality.
What You Will Do
Lead small to medium project teams to successful outcomes aligned with project goals and success metrics, develop scope, deliverables, schedules, and fees into comprehensive proposals, and foster collaboration, open communication, and accountability across the team.

Requirements
- Architecture License is required
- 10+ years of project management experience across multiple markets, with civic, healthcare and mixed use experience preferred
- Willingness and ability to work across a range of market sectors as project needs require
- Business development experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam, AIA Contracts, MS Project (or similar), and Deltek Vantagepoint
- Familiarity with Revit/BIM 360, Miro, and Microsoft Teams
