Job Description
As the CapEx Project Manager, you are primarily responsible for the client relationship and the management of the design and construction process for multiple construction projects within the firm's Construction Team.
Requirements
Manage and supervise all phases of design and construction on multiple projects.
Estimate and negotiate all change orders and maintain change order logs.
Manage project budget and all project related expenses.
