Job Description
Lewis seeks an experienced Project Manager, Capital Improvements to lead renovation and capital projects across a diverse portfolio of apartment communities in southern and northern California.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
5–7+ years of progressive experience in construction or capital project management
Experience in multifamily housing or real estate strongly preferred
Benefits
