Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in civil engineering
- Master's degree in geotechnical engineering
- Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Virginia or able to get reciprocity within six months
- 8 years of geotechnical experience
- 2 years of experience managing geotechnical engineering projects
- Familiarity with AASHTO, Virginia DOT, and other State Transportation guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in industry standard software
- OSHA 40-hr. HAZWOPER
