What You Will Do

As a Project Manager, you will establish project objectives and standards, collaborate with the Project Executive, and ensure projects align with corporate policies. You will oversee project construction, deliver on design, budget, and schedule, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will lead project meetings, provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions, and mentor and develop project engineers.

Requirements

  • A four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • A minimum of 8 years in Project Management, with a focus on at-risk (self-perform) General Contracting
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing on-site, at-risk projects ranging from $5-10 million in the commercial and institutional domains
  • A comprehensive understanding of project processes and their pivotal role in ensuring project success
  • The ability to adeptly manage budgets, optimize profitability, and foster enduring relationships to secure future projects
  • Critical thinking skills to navigate complex challenges, innovate solutions, and make informed decisions that drive project success
