Job Description
A well-established commercial electrical contractor is seeking a Commercial Electrical Project Manager to join their team in VA. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting field teams while driving project financials, schedules, and client communication for complex commercial builds.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction project management
  • Experience managing ground-up or renovation projects in public schools or similar institutional environments
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  • Experience handling RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project billing
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while staying detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with field and office teams
