Role Overview

The Project Manager, HVAC Installations is responsible for the management of assigned customers and projects. This position will manage existing and build new customer relationships, bid projects, and manage projects which includes recruiting and assembling crews, scheduling, and holding all team members accountable for their roles in completing projects.

What You Will Do

Manage projects, including recruiting and assembling crews, scheduling, and holding team members accountable for their roles in completing projects. Coordinate and oversee HVAC and mechanical installations for commercial restaurant and retail construction projects, including remodels, build-outs, and national rollouts.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have 5 years of experience leading restaurant commercial HVAC installations, excellent verbal and written skills, and be extremely organized. Ability to travel 25-40% of time and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of construction safety and safety procedures
  • 5 years of experience leading restaurant commercial HVAC installations
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Extremely Organized
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Access to reliable transportation to reach customer locations
  • Dependable and able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • Ability to travel 25-40% of time
