Job Description
DPR Construction is seeking a Project Manager for its self-perform work projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of projects in healthcare, higher education, advanced technology, life sciences, and commercial markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably within DPR's core markets
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • Excellent listening and strong communication skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to create and support team morale
  • Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, accounting cost management software, and scheduling software
