Role Overview

The Project Manager, Corporate Accounts is responsible for the structured planning, coordination, and execution of Corporate Accounts (CA) initiatives that directly support our large-scale veterinary partners. This role centers on operational implementation, onboarding execution, and building solid infrastructure to support our corporate clients and corporate accounts sales teams.

What You Will Do

Lead Onboarding, Manage Project Workstreams, Coordinate RFP/RFI Submissions, Develop Detailed Project Sub-plans, Support Commercial & Operational Rollouts, Own CA Support Infrastructure, Maintain internal Tools, Facilitate Field Communications, Lead Project Team Meetings, Support Strategic Account Events, Build Relationships Across Departments, Align Resource Allocation, Manage External Resources, Routine Stakeholder Reporting, Change Management Control, Optimize Cross-Functional Processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional project management or related experience, with a focus on commercial operations, client services, corporate account management, or business-to-business (B2B) implementation.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams, setting milestones, and hitting tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact confidently with high-level corporate stakeholders and senior executives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working in matrixed organizations, managing indirect resources, and coordinating external vendors or partners.
  • Tools: High proficiency in project management software/tools and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
