Job Description
FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency seeking a Project Manager to lead Virtual, In-Person, and Hybrid events, including internal and client-facing events. This role involves managing budget, vendor relationships, and coordination of logistics to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in event coordination and management, and a deep understanding of event marketing and management.

Requirements

  • 5 – 7 years’ event coordination experience, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong client management skills
  • Knowledge of venues and suppliers in key US cities
