Role OverviewAs a Project Manager at Oncor, you will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific Transmission Engineering line and station projects. This position is a hybrid role reporting to our 777 Main office in Fort Worth, Texas. The successful candidate will be required to come in to the office at least 3 days a week with additional in-office meetings as necessary.
What You Will Do
Directly or through others, the incumbent will promote safety awareness, ensure project stakeholders are aware of projects and provide input into project schedules and estimates, develop and document agreed upon financial and schedule baselines for projects, and perform site visits as required.

Requirements
- Strong project management skills with experience managing large projects/programs
- Strong verbal and written communications, with the ability to build working relationships with cross-functional teams and lead conversations with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to implement and improve project management lifecycle processes
- Adaptable to changing conditions while appropriately prioritizing work assignments and consistently meeting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
- Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Business related fields are encouraged to apply
- Minimum of four years of experience in the design, procurement, operation, construction, or support of these activities, associated with Transmission facilities or utility experience is required
- Applicants with at least one year of experience in a program/project management role are encouraged to apply
- Able to learn, apply, and communicate technical topics related to the design, procurement, operation, and construction of Transmission facilities
- Professional Engineers are encouraged to apply
