Project Manager for Data Center Construction, overseeing multiple capital projects, managing RFP processes, executing project contracts, and managing budgets and schedules.

Requirements

  • Vast understanding of complex Electrical and Mechanical Systems
  • Understanding and ability to read MEP drawings
  • Knowledge of Civil/structural Construction
  • Ability to work with the local AHJ
  • Procore software experience a plus
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
