Project Manager (Division 8)

Requirements

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
• Report and escalate incidents to management
• Successfully manage relationships with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Delegate project tasks to appropriate resources
• Ensure quality control verification and enforcement
• Coordinate and attend site meetings
• Perform routine inspections of work sites
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Complete project close-out documents and activities
