  • Expertise in guiding a transition to new design software
  • Expertise in developing, documenting, and implementing CAD standards of practice
  • Expertise with industry standard CAD tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex design projects and deliver results on time
