Role OverviewThis is a project management and estimating role where you'll own the entire process from bid to closeout. You'll manage projects from estimating through project completion, and be comfortable with estimating and managing projects from bid through closeout.
What You Will Do
You'll estimate heavy civil and underground utility projects, perform takeoffs, pricing and bid preparation, review plans and specifications, develop competitive bids and proposals, manage awarded projects from kickoff through completion, and drive projects through successful closeout.

Requirements
- Strong Project Management AND Estimating experience
- Underground wet utility experience
- Heavy civil construction background
- Experience estimating and managing projects from bid through closeout
- Strong understanding of earthwork, underground utilities and civil construction
- Experience with Bluebeam
- Experience with B2W/Bid2Win or similar estimating software
- Strong financial understanding of project budgets, costs and forecasting
