Project Manager – Facilities and Construction, GSA (Anticipated)

Navanti is seeking a skilled Project Manager – Facilities and Construction to support federal infrastructure initiatives at the FDA’s White Oak Campus in Silver Spring, MD. The selected candidate will coordinate multi-agency construction efforts involving the General Services Administration (GSA), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and U.S. Air Force (USAF).

What You Will Do

Develop scopes of work, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and procurement documents for federal construction projects. Manage construction efforts involving electrical, mechanical, and structural systems. Coordinate with GSA, FDA, and USAF stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Valid driver's license
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, MS Project, BlueBeam, and KAHUA platforms
