Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex telecommunication and broadband projects, serving as a trusted partner to our utility and telecommunication clients. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of telecommunication and broadband design and construction, strong cross-functional leadership skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in OSP Engineering experience in fiber and copper design of FTTH, HFC, Middle Mile, and other Broadband expansion projects.
  • Proficiency in reading and marking up OSP construction drawings, splicing plans, and technical documentation
  • Strong understanding of utility standards, NESC, NEC and applicable codes
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and risk
