Role OverviewManage complex projects with multiple detailers, products, placers, and vendors from estimating to final completion, while cultivating a positive customer service environment and maximizing profits for Nucor Rebar Fabrication.
What You Will Do
Review contract documents/drawings, coordinate detailing efforts, provide total contract management, oversee efforts to ensure contractual obligations, coordinate project requirements, schedule detailing and delivery, review changes to projects, interpret and explain plans and contract terms, represent the company in project meetings, and perform other duties as requested.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated construction project management experience or at least ten years of reinforcing steel sales, detailing, fabrication, placing, or related steel industry experience, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, and the ability to handle a variety of projects simultaneously and manage time/meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Demonstrated construction project management experience or at least ten years of reinforcing steel sales, detailing, fabrication, placing, or related steel industry experience
