Job Description
The New York City Department of Housing Preservation Development (HPD) is seeking a Project Manager to help manage homeowner and multifamily property owner engagement and events programs. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to educate homeowners about their responsibilities, implement programs, and drive community engagement within the city. The project manager will also support the Office of the Homeowner Advocate and assist with Zombie Homes Initiative activities.

Requirements

  • 1. Professional experience (2 years preferred).
  • Master's degree in public policy, political science, urban studies, law, urban planning, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of housing issues, especially homeowners and multifamily property owners.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
