Job Description
The Project Manager provides operational and program management for the Collaborative for Community Advancement and Resilience (CCAR), translating the strategy into coordinate actions, overseeing program delivery and multi-country partnerships, and ensuring strong organizational management, compliance, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of program management experience in global health or development (preferred)
  • Experience working with academic institutions and community-based organizations
  • Fluency in one or multiple languages
  • Learning Agility, Teamwork, Technical Proficiency, Communication, Research experience and training, Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships, Experience managing partnerships and grantees
