Role Overview

The Project Manager I will plan and carry out policies related to the management of multiple construction projects at multiple locations or a long-term project. They will monitor the management labor on every project under their direction to ensure that budgeted labor is met and not exceeded. The Project Manager I will manage subcontractors and coordinate subcontractor work to ensure the project schedule is met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years of construction project management experience
  • OSHA 30, First Aid / CPR / AED, and ASHE HCC certification
  • Ability to pass a background check for working on government projects
