Role OverviewPerkins Eastman is a global architectural design practice seeking a highly motivated Project Architect to advance designs from pre-schematic through occupancy. The individual will bring an affinity for developing options and resolving solutions for consideration by teammates and clients.

Primary responsibilities include advancing design, programming, and technical solutions, presenting options through graphical means, and developing innovative, efficient, and resilient projects aligned with client goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
- 5+ years' experience, plus preferred senior living practice area experience
- Experience managing multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination
- Thorough knowledge of State & Local building codes and referenced standards
- Proficiency with REVIT, MS Word & Excel, Adobe, & Bluebeam
- CPHD, LEED and/or WELL accreditations are a plus
- Architectural registration is strongly preferred
