Job Description
The Project Manager II serves as the Owner's representative, accountable for delivering complex, mission-critical capital projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. The role drives overall project strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with Owner objectives across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as project manager.
  • Proven history of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects in highly regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and time-management abilities.
