Requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture (required)
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Licensed Architect is preferred
- Strong leadership, collaboration, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience reviewing contracts, negotiating project scope, and developing fee proposals
- Expertise in Revit, MS Office Suite, and Bluebeam Revu
- Proven ability to manage client expectations
- CPHD, LEED and/or WELL accreditations
