Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, lead and inspire teams, coordinate with architects and consultants, manage project budgets and schedules, mentor and develop staff, and leverage global resources and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture (required)
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Licensed Architect is preferred
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience reviewing contracts, negotiating project scope, and developing fee proposals
  • Expertise in Revit, MS Office Suite, and Bluebeam Revu
  • Proven ability to manage client expectations
  • CPHD, LEED and/or WELL accreditations
