Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead and manage complex educational facility construction projects ranging from $5 million to $100 million in value.

What You Will Do

Manage multiple capital construction projects simultaneously, overseeing all phases of project delivery, monitor project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, and overall performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a closely related field
  • 7 years of experience managing multiple construction projects
  • At least two (2) years of experience in educational facility design and construction
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
