Job Description
Project Manager II role involves contributing to the overall safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from initial budget through project closeout, with a focus on promoting safe work practices and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external team members.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related area of study
  • 9+ years' experience
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across all areas of the organization
  • Warehouse, Healthcare, Mission Critical, K-12, and Higher Education construction experience is desired
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative approach to leading successful projects
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail oriented
