Job Description
The Tsui Group is seeking a Project Manager III - Terminal Improvement to join our aviation team in Los Angeles County. The position is responsible for managing the scope, cost, schedule, and operational interfaces of all design and construction related activities for the Asset Renewal Program.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years experience, preferably on airport projects
  • Experience with projects more than $100 million in value
  • Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build
  • Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $185,000-$190,000
