Job Description
The Division of Preservation Finance seeks a Project Manager for the Leveraged Preservation Programs. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing capitally funded projects and interacting with external partners, including for-profit and non-profit developers, tax credit syndicators, banks, and NYC Housing Development Corporation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 2-6 years of experience in community work or community-centered activities
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including financial modeling and financial statement analysis
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word
