Job Description
The Project Manager will execute, monitor/control, and close the back-end construction phases of our custom complex construction projects, interacting with customers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure success and profitability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful experience in construction management related activities
  • Proven abilities with project management, estimating, and cost tracking
  • PC Proficiency in Windows environment and MS office Suite including Excel and Outlook
  • Experience working in SAP, Procure, and Salesforce
  • Ability to effectively use construction management/project management software
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail in company processes and procedures
