Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate scheduling of crews and vendors, review project requirements, and maintain relationships with customers and general contractors.

Requirements

  • Review project requirements, specifications, permits, and drawings
  • Maintain relationships with customers and general contractors
  • Participate in project meetings to review progress and changes to scope of work
  • Maintain up-to-date Call Before You Dig requests and log
  • Maintain costs for labor, materials, equipment, and sub-contractors/suppliers throughout project lifecycle
  • Review cost of construction and keep within project limits
  • Prepare RFI's, project submittal packages, initiate change order requests, and other project correspondence
  • Provide accurate project revenue streams, including extra work items, change orders, credits; procurement of material, etc.
  • Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
