Job Description
This position functions within the Office of Personnel Services and Benefits, Legislative Affairs and Special Projects Unit. This position analyzes large data sets associated with the State's workforce, performs work on policy issues, and analyzes proposed legislation and writes fiscal notes, among other duties.

Requirements

  • Conducts research and analysis; makes suggestions for policy changes; provides cost estimates.
  • Performs complex analysis of large data sets and calculates scenarios to develop or respond to union proposals, State initiatives, or other inquiries.
  • Completes special projects, administers various Statewide programs.
  • Maintains a regular and reliable rate of attendance and performs all other duties as assigned.
