Job Description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented PROJECT MANAGER to join our large format additive manufacturing team in STAFFORD, VA.

Requirements

Leading end-to-end DoD project execution for LFAM initiatives, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and performance management
Supporting and navigating the Marine Corps Capability Development Process by translating operational needs into executable technical and manufacturing plans
Serving as an experienced integrator across the Naval Lab enterprise, coordinating requirements, technical inputs, test events, and transition planning
Driving manufacturing operations planning and day-to-day coordination to enable reliable production, sustainment, and readiness outcomes
Partnering with engineering teams to apply CAD-driven workflows to support design iteration, manufacturability, and configuration control
Leading additive manufacturing process optimization efforts, including parameter refinement, quality metrics, throughput improvements, and corrective action tracking
