Job Description
The Project Manager position is responsible for overseeing contract operations, supervising staff, and ensuring quality, safe, and efficient operations are maintained at the assigned contract location. The Project Manager shall provide contract oversight between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm and have the authority to hire and terminate employees.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of government Operations & Maintenance contracts
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience with 15 or more employees
  • Minimum of 5 years of federal project management experience
  • Recent experience in managing Total Facility Management contract valued at $1,000,000 or more
  • Experience in preparing budgets, pricing, quality control, and other contract plans and reports for sizeable custodial agreements
