Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our real estate Development team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of MS Office and Google Workspace, as well as intermediate knowledge of affordable housing financing and the ability to independently manage project proformas. The Project Manager will partner with the Director of Development to review development opportunities and lead the creation of achievable project development plans and strategies.

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Intermediate knowledge of affordable housing financing
  • Ability to complete initial feasibility and analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Minimum 2 years of low-income housing tax credit real estate development experience
  • Experience with the full cycle of real estate development
  • Experience managing general contractors and construction managers
