Job Description
Axon is seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for the complete and seamless transition of customer orders from Axon sales team through the customer’s receipt of order. The Project Manager will build rapport and establish lasting partnerships with customers, serve as the liaison between the customer and Axon’s Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales teams, and ensure on-time delivery of projects.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in project leadership or in the packaging industry a plus
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex technical documents
  • Experience with process improvement / Value Stream Mapping
  • Analytical skills to synthesize complex and diverse information
  • Problem Solving skills to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, demonstrated sense of urgency
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Project, or similar
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities
