Job Description
Colt Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project progress, manage customer expectations, and ensure work is conducted in an efficient, profitable, and safe manner. Responsibilities include safety, scheduling, quality control, subcontractor oversight, budgeting, training, and overall project execution.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform duties/activities of workers supervised
  • Knowledge of and experience in construction site management
  • Proficient in communication and organizational skills
  • Advanced plan reading skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Fieldwire
  • Advanced safety knowledge and performance
  • CPR/AED Certified
  • OSHA 30 hour
  • STSC certified
