Job Description
The NYC Department of Design and Construction is seeking a Project Manager to assist with a portfolio of capital design or construction projects throughout the five boroughs. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating construction, and will utilize the agency’s technical resources to ensure that their projects meet DDC’s Commitment Plan objectives.

Requirements

  • One year of full-time satisfactory experience in supervising employees performing project management work
  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, engineering technology, architecture, landscape architecture, or related fields
  • Five years of experience in project management work, including experience as a project manager for a large and/or complex construction project
