Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team in Camden, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and deploying business infrastructure, cross-functional organizational initiatives, and operational change management. The ideal candidate will have experience applying standard project management frameworks to operational workflows and hold an active PMP certification.

Requirements

  • Support intake, chartering, and planning with collaboration across multiple business units
  • Maintain project schedules and RAID logs
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting
  • Coordinate stage gate packages
  • Track vendor deliverables and milestones
  • Drive day-to-day delivery
  • Manage scope, budget, resources, and dependencies
  • Facilitate delivery ceremonies and cross-team meetings
  • Prepare project artifacts
  • Identify and escalate risks
  • Analyze financial data including budgets, resources, and risks
