Role OverviewProject Manager is a project leadership position with responsibility for architectural design and technical production of projects. The role involves managing overall healthcare or large-scale projects through all design phases, including client interaction, schedule, and financial performance.
What You Will Do
Manage project teams, determine staffing assignments, and lead coordination with consultants and design teams. Assist Principal-in-Charge with generating Design Services Proposals and understand contracts to run projects from inception to closeout.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
- Minimum of 6 to 10 years' experience
- OSHPD/HCAI experience for healthcare projects
- Experience with small to mid-level healthcare projects
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Familiarity with Deltek Vision Software
- Proficient with computer-assisted design software such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
- License preferred
- Passion for and fundamental understanding of sustainable design
