Requirements
- 4-year college degree in a related field
- 4+ years of related experience
- Previous heavy construction or asphalt industry experience
- Excellent computer skills and ability to use project management software
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform complex computations
- Broad understanding of project management, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and contract administration
- Fluency in English
